Horseriders' inn Merlelor is situated in the heart of Romania's Transylvania, the land of Dracula. At the borders of the Olt, one of the longest rivers in Romanian, lies the little village Halmeag.

The inn and stables for the riding horses are accommodated in authentic village farmhouses. The herd walks in the vast meadows and hills near the village, where the buildings of the stud are also situated. The horses graze here wherever they want, and nibble the unsprayed fresh herbs and grasses guarded by their shepherd.
You are most cordially welcomed by the Dutch couple Huib and Bertina.
