For those who like to go abroad and want to put one´s shoulder to the wheel for a while Merlelor offers work for board, lodging and riding.
We offer a variety of work to do like building, upkeep and repairing, gardening, giving a hand in the household and kitchen, looking after the horses and other animals (some cows, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs and a cat) training and riding of horses, as well as there is room for specific things in the scope of study like languages, PRtasks etc.
Merlelor expects people to have affinity with horses and other animals, with an open mind for other cultures and a social character, skilfully, without a 9 to 5-mentality and with a good deal of (British) humor.

Minimal stay for volunteers is half a year and for students three months.
Students need to demonstrate their participance in training in the field of cattle and/or horses on a (semi) academical level, vetstudies or to show their subscription for such a training. Their probation is to be concluded with a report in accordance with the demands of their school or university.
Age minimal 18 years old.
This possibility is offered during the whole year.
